Sophia’s Office Reno - Bz Bee concept. Have used the honey bee as the inspiration for this bz bee office concept. Using the floor lay out as octagon or partial octagon to mimic a bee’s nest. Using vertical wood panel at the entrance to create a new attractive entrance wall finish but will carve and curve the bottom end to shape the entire wood panels in to a dripping honey. Will use a honey wood oak color and black metal frames as accent colours to represent the stripes on the bees. The kitchen and copy room bench will be in a partial octagonal angle shape and the shelving doors will be clean and minimal. The offices will both have a hidden wall storage and will be decored with a sleek furnishing to complete the minimalist contemporary look.
The floor will be concrete grey coloured ceramic tiles to break the colours and keep that zen clean feeling with the white matte wall finish. The entrance will be furnished with sleek armchair in a beige or grey colour with a wooden octagon shaped coffee table. Sophia’s Office Reno Have opted for modern indu

Sophia’s Office Reno
Have opted for modern industrial look and will propose 2 floor plan design depending on the clients needs with the space and the number of people occupying the office. Have taken the budget into consideration and will use the majority of that fund to section off the office using frosted glass walls and using an affordable tiles ceramic with a wood floor print to warm it up. Will use matt black finishes on the frames and handles, will use a wooden door to give texture, will expose the brick wall and clean up its finish as the accent colour. Will use a durable affordable kitchen bench top (stainless steel) as it will also tie in with the overall look. The pipings, ceiling will leave exposed but will do a light touch up and paint to make it presentable. The copy room is located in the middle to act as a divider from the waiting room to the staff common area as well as be easily accessible by both offices. Finally, will add some greenery to liven up a cold exterior. Will play on with the deep green colour to accent the sofa and arm chair to continue the look from room to room. The common dining table will be charcoal wood top with matt black metal legs that will be affordable, durable and still coordinate with the overall scheme. @shawacademy #idchallengem2l2 #idchallengem2l1
